Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days from date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Shipping Prices are based on your order and will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer a flat rate.
  • We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery
    dates from our carriers. At times, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
  • RETURN TO SENDER: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and  complete shipping/delivery address for their order. If a wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Pace Perfect, LLC will not refund the purchase or replace the items. If an address is insufficient and the item is returned to sender, you will be charged for additional shipping to resend the item.
  • MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to multiple locations within one order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
  • ADDRESS CHANGES: Please verify your address before submitting. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post purchase. 
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply(i.e. additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees). We are not responsible for such additional fees as they depend on the country, local tax rate, and customs department.
